It's actually his spur on the back of his boot from the picture you posted.
If you look at your pic, there's a silver band around his heel, it's supposed to be on the back of it and alignment-wise, with the point (slightly longer edge) at the top near his calf and the shorter end at his foot. (I think the leg he has over the back of the griffin shows which way to further confirm it.)

EDIT: Ninja'd and just spotted you noticed it's the spur. (For some reason I can't delete this post though.)

I'll give superglue a try. Not really sure if I want to try or not as I might just make a mess of things and it doesn't look bad with the spur missing.

So been playing on PS4 and I gotta say this game is pretty.

Even looks great on my Nvidia SHIELD with PS4 remote play.

I've had it running on my PC, looks great but want to finish 1 and 2 first. It runs on my dual core cpu but it's at 100% usage :/

It is unfortunate though that some people are having a cob on about a downgrade

Stupid question I know but is the steelbook the same in the X-box one version as in the PS4 version or is one version G2 and the other G1.

Also do they both have two disc place holders or is that just The X-Box one version as shown in the earlier unboxing vid.

People are SO stupid. This previews are always vertical slices and they are literally call "TARGET RENDERS". Which literally means "This is what we are aiming to achieve."

Witcher 3 looks way better overall the Witcher 2 (I mean character design and facial animations are 1000% better)... also Witcher 2 was not as open world as this (or not at all really).

REally what this happens to be is sensationalist journalism... click bait.

Why can't I spend my character points? Won't let me... I click on what
I want to add it to and it does nothing. I have 1 beside the "Points Available".

You would be better just to watch some story re-caps. You will have to play at the very least 120 hours before even getting to 3.

As far as the game goes, was just wondering, does anyone else think the text size is tiny?
I'm looting things and can barely see what they are or looking at the bestiary for instance and I really have to try to focus hard to make it out. Had a poke around the options but there's nothing to make text larger.

Heh, I feel old complaining about text size but I've never played a game where it's this bad, I think it's genuinely a bit of a poor oversight on their design front when you're 8'-10' from a 42" TV and feel like you need to invest in some opera glasses.
