nintendo europe is treating european gamers nicely. Xenoblade chronicles X and then this. I might as well ditch my US Wii U and buy an EU wii U.

for NA it will be digital only so if you want physical copy get it from EU

There's a change.org petition as well as an ongoing twitter/social media operation -- similar to operation rainfall's efforts with the 3 wii rpgs that was successful. You can also follow @0perationZer0 for more information.

Real shame that NOA went digital only. Since I'm already getting the UK one, I at least would like a disc I can actually play on my consoles over here, though obviously I'd prefer the complete LE to be localized.
