Well, it's not a guarantee but from my experience german Amazon tend to add the items at noon and go live with them at the evening. At the weekend, they usually do both at noon.

Edit: I'm hitting F5 the hole day, so I could keep track on the progress. First it was just the title, later this afternoon they added the pictures and the choices of the editions. They are working on it.

I plan to preorder everywhere and then keep the one who suits best for me. I already got one at Amazon Spain and one at Amazon France so far.

I'm still looking for the Prestige Edition. Sadly i missed it on amazon.es and amazon.fr. I hope, there will be more on amazon.de. Otherwise..
