Managed to pre-order a copy but not sure if will keep it, never spent 200$ on a game let alone 450$

They started adding prices on amazon.de for the collectors edition / Apocalypse edition . My guess is the prestige editions will be available very soon for preorder

Not sold out, they have some troubles. Sometimes its there and you can order it (until the checkout, then its gone again). Come on Amazon Germany, it's not that difficult!
