I hope the CE makes it to the PS3 or a PS3 CE is announced. After all, the game is console-bound.

Don't expect any Blizzard game to ever be released on a console. You just cannot get the same experience on a console as you get on a PC, especially with how Diablo controls are.

Diablo 1 was released on Playstation (1) in 1998.

Interesting read. This too. Erm, yes. After hearing about it, I am expecting a Blizzard game to be released on a console. Don't really care about the difference in experience due to controls, Diablo is still Diablo, whether if it's the PC version or a console version.

Blizzard are now wise to release limited quantities such as the original WoW as they know everyone wants a slice of the Diablo 3 pie and they may as well milk it.

Personally I would like to see a further version above this which is truly limited, but that isn't going to happen.

I think, this will have keep price high and rare status for long time, like Starcraft II, i dont expect price dropp soon, but if yes, its really pissed me off

I think abou buying two or three boxes and "store" money in it

Yea... I was at Blizzcon last week, and was there to hear that, but I still doubt that immensely. You may not care about the game experience difference on different platforms, but Blizzard does. It is why they are so anal and delay things forever to polish the game. For D3 on a console, you would also need Battle.net integration, also how to deal with the ability gap that a console would create vs a PC player, etc.

I just don't want it to end up like other games lately which gets the shitty port treatment just for the sake of extra sales. Blizzard is notoriously anal about polished gameplay, which is why I don't think they would sacrifice game play for the sake of profits (at least not yet anyway).

Also @narg, if you do the year prepay AND get the D3 CE, your WoW account will get a credit for the D3 cost. This is something they mentioned to help those OCD people who must have that new mount and must also have the CE stuff
