If you're referring to the company, I would stand by them. I have yet to receive a damaged statue from them directly due to their shipping method. They place the product box within a plastic bag and place styrofoam on all 8 corners of the box within a shipping box for shipment. I have seen damage on the boxes however due to this method but no statue damages whatsoever. I have several of their statues as a testament to this.

From a customer support standpoint, I've only had to contact them once, which was coincidentally yesterday regarding their website. They were quick to respond within 24 hours.

From a statue standpoint, details are very nice and weighted accordingly. Their information is upfront and I have to to feel like I didn't get my money's worth. Materials used are high quality and match whatever they're sculpting. My set standard is their Dragonborn Exclusive statue. I believe I have a photo of it in my collection if you're curious (as I don't recall if anyone else has shown photos of one, sorry).
