Eh, I went ahead and bought it. $90 for a "like new" copy from Amazon Warehouse Deals. The description said factory sealed, may have damage to the outer packaging.

Got my copy from Amazon Warehouse Deals. It was still sealed. I got 50% off the price because of this dented corner:
