Anyone know the value of Mass Effect Limited Edition PAL and Bioshock Limited Edition PAL(big daddy not broken)?

I seen some weird prices on both of them.

Mass effect UK PAL sealed is £150 - £200 depending on condition

Bioshock UK PAL Sealed is £80 - £100 max.

Killzone presskit for the ps2.Havent found any info on this on google,everything is in perfect shape.The promo version of the game wasn't in it when i got it,added it later..
