Having same problem myself with ff13-2 order i currently have £500 odd worth of stuff in my basket I cant get rid of and I keep getting delivery failure messages to the e-mails i send them

It is an unveiling of the game and collector's edition but I see nothing in the article about "exclusivity" to any region or retailer yet, so I will remain hopeful. Do you know any other sources from Europe? I'm not familiar with Namco enough to know where information might be posted or leaked to.

However, this link is the only indication of exclusivity but I'm still not sure as I think it's still too early:

Just noticed GAME here in Australia have the CE up for preorder at a VERY reasonable price of $110!

With this coming out the same time as MGS I cant really afford to get this day 1.

Do you guys(and gals)think this is the sort of ce that i'd be able to pick up a wee bit cheaper or the same price a few weeks later? Or is it case of preorder or pay the big bucks?

I can tolerate beat em ups but i'm not a huge fan,but this edition is so bloody lovely i'd really like it.

There's not been been a sellout for a Beat um up Collector's Edition as far I know.

This is the first Soul Calibre edition in PAL regions so that might be different, but I'm guessing that this will be around after launch. Pure guess though.
