No, I am not even able to pass through the registration, google translate doesn't help much But it seems to me that I can't choose my country as a delivery address.

When I created a new account and reached the address part, there was a link to switch to “foreign address”. Selecting this brings up a drop down box with a list of countries; it’s a long list as well so you should be good.

I went through registration process and placed my order, final price roughly 61.000 JPY, yay

I found out that it is also possible to switch to EN language directly from the pages. It isn't translated everything though, but at least the major parts.

When that link was available yesterday, I did notice the price jumped around 8000yen, compared to when I ordered mine back in January.

The price is(was) still the same as announced at the beginning - 49,800 JPY. Amazon adds VAT to the prices depending on country and related VAT rates.
