I can confirm it was not Huge as it was me. If you want to be upset with me for it you can, but know that I saw you asking questions but there was nothing to indicate you were going to buy it or were claiming it (the closest you came was after my message/PM where you said "I might be able then although t-shirt is missing
But booklet is in English or German?" but even that was a massive maybe and Merch sells to the first buyer not the first question ask'er unless he gives his promise in which case he would honor it).

I am sorry... as a friendly suggestion I would try to be more clear of your intent in the future. Though I sense you were clear this time as I feel that you were not sure if you wanted to buy it even after getting your answers and you cannot blame a seller for selling to someone who is sure they want it (a good example is eBay, if you ask a question someone else can still buy it as asking a question is not saying you will buy it). Again I am sorry. I got this for a friend/contact who has another one but his is missing some parts so he wants this to complete it, if it were for me persoanlly I would yield it to you but I already made the promise.

I must admit that I asked first for that Crash 3 press kit as you can see it earlier in the messages
I was trying to get informations before making my decision and realised someone else had it behind my back. I felt it was not fair at all.
Anyway it's no big deal

I thought it was "huge"
My mistake, it was not you. So sorry to you "huge" for thinking you were behind that. You can thus delete my message. My apologies

And "flatout" I know you and I have nothing against you. No problem in the end. I was just surprised that I try to find it and then realised someone else came in the middle. But it is no big deal. Anyway I know someone who has it also for sale

Also again I did not intend to get in the middle... but based on your past comments you wanted a complete one and then you acted as though you still might be interested but not for sure. And Huge was asking for a deal. All I did was ask if it was still for sale and how much shipping was and said I would buy it for sure if still available. Really at the end of the day it is Merch's decision and I will be okay with what Merch decides. As you say it is not the end of the world either way.

The first guy asking Private was huge, but he didnt want it, then mlk asked questions and on the meantime I gave my promise to sell it to flatout.
