The collector's edition as shown by the OP for some reason is NOT available on AMAZON..i only see standard editions up for pre-order on AMAZON US..does anyone know where? this steelbook collector's edition variant is being sold?

The CE has yet to go up for pre-order anywhere. The developers said it will go up "soon", so I'll be checking Best Buy and Amazon US daily to see when "soon" is.

Just an update to show that the Collector's Edition steelbook will be available in some parts of EU (probably just on Amazon): Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden

US Best Buy finally posted the listing for the Collector's Edition, as well.

Canada and Mexico Amazon also selling too.
