He told me that he got it today. To my understanding anyone outside AUS did not get the steelbook with their order which is a shame and it seems the steelbook offer is no longer offered so I wonder just how many they made. Looking on ebay I see only 4 steels on offer.

Man... this is such a disappointment. Why didn't they explicitly say the steelbook preorder is for AU only?! Have you spoken to them? No one needs the game itself. It's obvious that international orders are only because of the steelbook.

I preordered from JBHIFI and they shipped to my friend's address in Australia, no steelbook comes with the game either, I wrote several emails to them but never get a reply.

I received the game with steelbook today, located in United States, I guess it's related to the pre-order date.

if you guys had to choose one, would you get the Limited Run steel, or the Australian steel?

Front wise, I prefer the australian. Back wise the CE Steel.
Getting the CE one is probably really difficult if you didn't order from LRG.
I assume not too many will be selling it off and those that do will charge a pretty penny for it.
