gemini ... spoke to guy in game... got told ... they do NOT come sealed... ps3 tear strip etc... you would get GAME seal. from what im aware this was meant to be released but something to do with the dlc made it get pulled... possible game was on shelfs before dlc live date. somebody stated online order gets you a normal case not steel

The seal on the side looks weird, it's not the standard GAME seal with purple sticker.

If this is indeed a PS3 exclusive and the one on the site is still saying pre-order, I imagine it was cancelled or delayed. like Evil said.

Biggav4000 ordered the Xbox version, it was the digipak one.
