I'm an engineering deisgner and don't even make the UK average salary.

Have 8 months left on my MSC, just cleared my university debt and really just started my game collection.

I think am going to have to start a side business up, with the focus being on games for Collector's. It's the only way to increase my collections and not losing huge amounts of money.

I picked up Halo Reach Legendary last night...

took a TON of photos but I haven't had time to clean them up for post here yet.

I also picked up Cursed Mountain Limited Edition for Wii... it's AFAIK the only steelbook release on the Wii and you can still find it new and cheap.

That's a shame. School these day are a big ripoff. It takes about 10 years before you start to see a payback. I took 2 years technical school and then work for 4 years. Afterward those 4 years work pay way for my degree. When I am out of school, I am practically debt free.

Yea I am still want to buy Cursed Mountain LE, but Amazon won't ship it to where I lived.

Anyways I picked up GOW 3 Ultimate Edition from Craigslist for $49. It came with skin DLC, but not the soundtrack & video. That didn't matter because I did download the soundtrack from the internet.




I wasn't expecting the box to be small, but good thing I didn't pay $100 for it.

Got Halo: Reach Legendary ed. on it's way in the mail and Dead Rising 2 Zombrex Edition preordered. Also bought the PAL version of Metroid Prime Collector's Edition, which is probably the most basic CE I've ever bought. Basically just a fancy slipcase with an extra piece of glossed paper detailing the storyline.

the US version of Metroid Prime CE is a SteelBook... I just found out the other day and I'm kicking myself for not picking it up now... it's going for $30 over MSRP on ebay these days

WHAT - Had no idea they did steelbooks in the US, just ordered 3 from Amazon to send to Borderlinx. $17 each. Can't go wrong with that. I,ve got the 2 x Dead rising high stakes edition and now thanks to this thread metriod prime trilogy steelbook on order too to bring the shipping cost down.

If anyone in the UK wants anything from the USA let me know because I will be bringing it down in one big lot. have until the 3 OCT free storage before I have to ship to the UK.

The paper box is fragile. I wonder why Midway choose cardboard instead of metal case. This makes the standard edition looks better.
