I'm a sealed collector, for me it's the feeling of having an unopened copy, completely fresh and mint inside.

I know it seems silly but I buy the game later when they are cheap, there is so many to play don't have time anyway.

I open everything, it's not like figurines where you can see your item. Sealed boxes are just a box to look at, I wouldn't be able to have. collection of just boxes to look at, I like "playing" with my toys lol I like reading artbooks watching bonus DVDs and listening to soundtracks.... even if I one day got hold of dead space ultra edition - if it was sealed I'd open it - to me there's a bigger boundary for me of collecting to enjoy rather than to cash in on at a later date

I mean when you look at it this has just been a classic example of marketing and PR at it's worst. 1) piss off the die-hard fans by cancelling the much desired 4000 limited steelbook. 2) the retailers, in this case Zavvi *sigh*, don't have a fucking clue what's going on and manage to pass that on to their customers. 3) Nobody, including Konami themselves, seem to know exactly who is getting what so people are in a total quandary about whether to cancel or not. 4) If you want to cancel your order a whole week before the release date, well . . .tough shit. You can't.

If that ain't a complete train wreck . . .it'll do till the real train-wreck gets here.

Just checked my bank balance and it appears the money's gone from my account too! I agree that this was a complete disaster. I reckon the next f-up would be they forgot to include MGS4 in our set.
