In terms of reliability and packing, better to go with Amazon UK or get a member here to forward to you, not only are Zavvi unreliable, they generally dont pack well and leave you waiting weeks before you actually get the item

I've used zavvi 4 times in the last few months and every item(a 3ds and mgs le to name but 2) has arrived promptly and in pristine condition.

I'll admit to seeing the mgs evidence that others have posted but maybe its just bad luck for a minority(or good luck for me). Or maybe it depends on who actually delivers it. I dunno,but i'm forever a diplomat :-)

I think it's just good luck for us Scots R-G - I also have never had a single problem from Zavvi xx
