I try find about shipping outside CR, JRC (GAME Czech) is delivered only to CR, Xzone I am not sure, but U can try ask..
problem will be with payment, both shops take bank trasfer or cash on delivery (with post service), I am not sure abou paypal, but I think not But manager from Xzone might be willing to accept, try ask here xzone@xzone.cz

game have czech subtitles and czech manual, voice is eng, as U can see, CE stuf is same as deutch ver., in czech is only keg instead of box

pre-ordes is not problem, but shipping I think will be :/ this will be BIG box (I hope) and pretty heavy, so shipping cost will be high DHL, FeDex etc ask for 2kg package about 130eur, czech post service send with economy (6-10days) for 20eur to Great Britain (30eur max).
