I got a reply back of brloh.sk and was told that they don't ship intenationally and that they don't think they're going to get enough stock of the Risen 2 CE to fill demand for it in Slovakia. Here's the email I got from them:

Im sorry, but we dont ship internationally. I also have information that we are going to get very limited number of Risen 2 CE, which won‘t probably cover demand in Slovakia. It is also possible, that Risen 2 will only be released in czech language in our region.

I got call from them about 1 hour earlier they only have 1 copy left of it anyways

lol no way! I really wasn't expecting it to be a sellout, but not knowing how popular the series is there... lol Did you still manage to score one for me though?

I just hope they don't limit quantities per person! That would suck...
