The US didn't get a preorder pack as far as I know. I have the UK version sealed myself, and I know that there's no way a hardback would fit in there!

But yeah, this is the hardback. Cool stuff.

I'm sure the US got the novella (like the one you have there, there BestBuy promo), just not the preorder pack (steelbook, novella, art cards, DLC).
