Whats the oldest Collector's Edition?

Curious to know what the oldest/first CE is. I know the PS1 had some CE's but i'm sure some older consoles must have had some form of CE for a game or two. Anyone enlighten me please?

I dont know wether this is the oldest but,its one of very few i have ever seen & requires a hefty bank balance.

The NES had 2 or 3 Limited Edition Games
like World Championship Soccer Gold Edition and some other Contest Games.
