If they do offer an official trade back, the first week would be a vantage time to do it, and that will always just consist of trading the game only. Just hope they do it for this game then.

Also, normally, when trading in games, the CE contents won't give you anymore value than just the standard game. I've been told of stories where Customer A comes in to trade a CE, Store Assistance evaluates it, strips it down to just the game and says they'll give you $xx for the game but nothing for the CE. Customer A goes back home gameless but with CE contents Awww yeah!

All good,i kinda figure its worth doing. I mean the standard games AU$90 & the Join or Die is AU$108,the minimum they would have to give you back within the first week is probaly AU$75-$80. But,at least you will have the medalion,the collectors box,any dlc & a spare copy of the diary. On top of that you can play the game before you return it & they wont give you any more or less for it. You probably couldnt buy these extra bits for the AU$20-$30 you dont get back.
Another thought is later on when the game drops in price dramatically you could buy a copy to put back in the Join or Die edition making it complete again

Or finish the game once or twice within a week
Then get the inevitable GOTY/Ottoman/Howdy Partna/The Patriot/Whatever Edition six months after release

Ah that particular store branch did the same thing with mass effect 3 Omniblade edition.. Dodgy doing it though.. Oh well it all depends whether the standard game case will have a label behind 'not to be sold separately' and how nit picky the staff are with that label.. Also if it comes in a standard game case or steelbook with game inside.. If that's the case staff might subtract the value of contents

Currently only the Ubishop has the freedom edition in the UK. Not sure about other countries. I can't see it anywhere in Germany and France either, aprt from Ubishop.

The Do or Die edition can be purchased from stores that export such as as *cough* zavvi.

All shops in Poland removed Freedom Editions from their offer.I emailed few of them and got answer that it will be exclusive 4 ubishop.Also they cancelled all preorders what were made.Dunno why so sudden change

I assumed as much - Freedom edition exclusive to Ubistore (and gametstop.co.uk) other editions anyone can sell...
