Max Payne 3 Special Edition available for pre-order

"In light of some unfortunate recent retail issues in the UK and elsewhere in Europe which have affected preorder availability, we've decided to extend the period to pre-order the Max Payne 3 Special Edition to continue all the way until game launch this May. Fans in the UK can order the Special Edition with local retailers as well as through the Rockstar Warehouse online. For everyone else in Europe and Australia, please check with your retailer of choice for details on pre-ordering (we will also have extended Special Edition pre-order availability for EU at the Rockstar Warehouse within the month).

As we always strive to make everything equally available to all our fans across the globe as best we can, we're also extending the pre-order period here in North America through launch, exclusively with GameStop."

unbelieveable!!!!!!!..u guys and gals remember how this was going to be a strictly limited run?..u snooze u lose type of thing?...a short 6 week order window, through select retailers, and that was it..now..they've churned out several thousands more..the true exclusivity is gone!!!..6 weeks of production is now 6 months of production.

Think this is the first CE I've preordered that's supposedly preorder only, not sure if there were any others that genuinely stayed as "preorders" and that was it... xx

My only concern is that can a SHOP pre-order it's won stock? And (of course) what about pre-orders that are cancelled...but I agree this will be fairly limited...but then I thought MGS would sell out! :|
