Just checked my statements and no refund on the items I purchased. Will see how this one pans out.
I never received any email from them saying they could not send to the uk. So a little confused.

ok, that was for the ps3 version right?

Mine was for the pc version so has possibly been dispatched.

I also purchased two ps3 versions but forgot what card I ordered them on.

I will keep you posted on my findings.

Well I just found they have payments for the ps3 versions from my mastercard account.

Hope I wont have to make any chargebacks

Thanks for the offer, However we are in the UK, which makes the situation that little more strange as they usually ship here.
As my cash is tied up with them I will await a response to the email I have sent them.

as I was reading in deepsilvers forums, they seem do make a contract with those online stores not to sell/ship into other countries. but can't find a source to quote...

Got my treasure chest edition today. Why is it amazon does not use bubble wrap etc, just put it in a box. Front flaps have rips in them, but all in all its ok.
