Sadly no, I think the cardboard box was only included in the Collectors Edition in select PAL Countries? If some versions had a slipcover, then I totally did not know that!

Yes the Crack in Time Collector's Edition comes in a cardboard digipak design with a lenticular front and was indeed PAL exclusive.

Amnoz is the figurine from Protoype unique to the Limited edition?
