Welcome aboard, great collection & as stated the way they should be shown!

Is that shotgun real? (get your hands off my collection)

Black looks so much better gives a more professional look.

Hope you keep kids away

hehe, unfortunately, it is not real
Although it's a 1/1 prop replica.

Kids are almost on the way... still negotiating with the wife how to postpone the inevitable

Have to kind of disagree about the SOTA figures. Maybe my taste has changed but though the figures had decent articulation, again, most suffered from bad face scultps. I think maybe Bison, T.Hawk and Gen were the better moulds, the rest had not so good facial sculpts. It's one of the real killers for me especially with Ryu (favourite character 'n all). I managed to get series 1 and 2, though just because they're SF figures.

The best SF figure/statue (or the like) to me so far has got to be the Anniversary LED light version of Ryu. I think it's based on Shinkiro art so that probably helps.

The Resaurus figures were cool though. I forget what colour variants I have of them. Their mini Puzzle Fighter figures were nice, too!

Generally speaking, when it comes to SF figures I find most to be underwhelming. The new Play Arts line are no better (and I LOVE Play Arts usually).

Another excellent SF model:

Picky about SF? You got that right...

I think it is good to be picky, so you recommend that I avoid the Play Arts for Street Fighter? I must say, they do look rather ugly but didn't realise there were so many different places I could get them.

Generally Play-Arts figures look decent (posing can be troublesome though) but I feel for SF they just didn't do them right. Almost everything else they've done FF, GoW, Halo, MGS have looked very nice but I think the SF series is perhaps their ugliest release yet. I guess the trouble may have been the fact there are so many official representations of SF characters finding one good base to work from was unfair.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind them but when it becomes a case of involving SF and comparing to their other lines then yeah, one can't help but feel slightly disappointed.

They looked so ugly I couldn't part with the money, especially if I compared them to FF as that's the only figures I own. Otherwise I would have got them all by now along with my next order of FF stuff like the whole Dissidia range.

I would PM you but I don't have any space - I'll need to donate soon! Looks like you would need to as well because PMs are limited to 30.

Dissidia range look lovely. I have Squall only so far. Looking to get Gabranth eventually when space and money permits.
