I'm very surprised at the first US site that's already listed it as coming to their store but not available for preorder just yet!

Since the rrp will be $149.99 in the US, not really worth importing unless you don't have a choice. Also, it's not exclusive to Gamestop.US either

my guess is there were alot more in supply than in demand.
PC had this many copies...
Xbox 360 had this many copies...
PS3 had this many copies...

so it kinda defeated the whole thing about COA. If it was truely limited number for all platforms in total then it would be more fitting to have a certificate of authencity. Say for all platforms there should be a certain amount of copies.

just my thought, i'll stand corrected if i'm wrong.

Including a COA when your edition is not limited, is a stupid way to attract collectors. My Deus Ex CE is numbered 3xxx/20.000 units

Well, that's kind of the norm with consoles and any CE that spans regions. It's understandable that each region is going to have a certain number made. So technically if there are 1000 in existence, yes, there are 1000 of that particular item, since there would be 1000 NTSC-U copies, 1000 PAL copies, etc.

Obviously it's not going to be on par with something like the Dead Space Ultra Edition, where it was only released for ONE region. On the other hand, this edition looks MUCH more impressive than the DS:UE. When the DS:UE came out, you wouldn't believe how many people were seriously saying "Yeah, what the hell's the use? That's an overpriced, chintzy edition with a nice box. That's it." It's nice, but it's not very impressive at all; it's just rare.

Hopefully this one is at least limited to a few thousand in each region. There's a difference between something being "limited and numbered" and actually being limited and numbered. Look at the CE guide for Final Fantasy XIII-2. Oh snap, it's limited! ... to 250,000 copies. Limited, right.

Me too. Soon as I heard of this news I was overcome with joy to the point of collapsing on the floor! Honest to God man, I have been waiting for this for what seems like FOREVER. This has made my entire year. I will soon be complete once September comes. So it would appear that the Ultimate Loot and Vault Hunters edition will both be coming to Europe and I assume Australia. Pretty much the whole world, so neither edition will be extremely limited. Likely in the double digit thousands...which matters very little to me as the goodies are so fucking fantastic I don't care if they make 100,000 copies I've got my preorder in day 1 (that's today).
