Has anyone ever gotten there hands on anything like this for any game?

Myst for Atari Jaguar complete Original Development software, Graphics, Source and Engine files for the Atari Jaguar.

That's a pretty rare thing, not seen anyone get the complete development and source code of a game.

While surfing the net, I stumbled across an avid Atari collector that display his collection in pictures.

I sent him an email asking him if he would be willing to part with this particular item and he accepted.

He obtained it from a friend that worked for Atari.

@nipperkipper : This is an uber rare item indeed and I probably will never get my hands on any thing like this again.
