$50 isnt to bad,its more than i paid for it,so thats a bonus.
Its still all sealed up,never opened if that makes a difference

That isn't my copy but it's the only picture I've seen of it. (I need a new camera so I can't really take pics.)
Mine has the BBFC "15" on the bottom left corner rather than the German age rating.

The other thing I found odd was that it's in a CD-sized case but it came with a full-sized manual and in conjunction with this the disc looks like a normal one rather than the other plain silver and blue promos I've seen which could mean it's been swapped out to be fair, although saying that, I've not seen too many other promos with actual cover art.

You got it from CEX so it might well have been a disc swap or the like. I'm going to say it's a promo. Not all promos come with covers, some do, some don't. Depends if the publisher can be bothered to pay extra. But since you mentioned the disc art is the same..., I'm still saying it's a promo. A promo of a not so good game staring a damn good character.

Anyone know what the American Mcgee Alice figures,new in box are worth?
I know theres several variations of them,Alice in different dress,Cheshire cat
a different colour,glow in the dark etc. So if anyone has an idea on prices
