Infamous 2, complete (incl envelope, which is often missing), around 100 pounds.

Probabley, I've seen PS2, PSP and PS Vita ones do I imagine so. There was one around launch that advertised the blu ray component of it.

I have the press dossier from PS3 Launch event in Japan. It also comes with the launch disc and demos. I am not sure if any press kit with goodies was ever launched.
