How much? This one's English so it has my favour but I'd consider yours if it were a good price. Also he's not sure on which discs it has so it may not have the Soundtrack, he's not even sure if it has the game.

That's a promotional "Key to Liberty City",
It was sent out by Rockstar to people who 100% GTA 4 in less than a week after the game coming out

They cost hundreds of dollars. I've only seen one on ebay back in 2008 and it went for 300 dollars
