guys & gals - as I already stated, game will resolve the issue on Monday - my advice would be to contact them via the game website, but if folk want to contact me via pm with their order numbers I would be happy to pass your details onto my contact who is resolving my issue via an email from the CEO

Anyone doubting might recall I totally missed out on U3 Explorer Edition but by my method I managed to snag a spare...I wouldn't want to pass my method on as it might water-down it's effectiveness, but as I said - I have a contact near the top who will be calling me Monday - I can email them tonight with a list of order numbers asking they ensure that those orders are also resolved

BTW, mine was cancelled as my CC had expired between ordering and payment being taken - however I only found that out via my contact...the email is rubbish that they send

Same thing has happened to me. I looked on their twitter page and they are saying that it is a glitch on the system and the orders that have been cancelled will not be going back up to pre order to others online. They are saying that any order that has been cancelled will be reinstated on monday so best to contact them then. The number to contact is at the bottom of the email they have sent out and also been posted by a member here hope we all manage to get our orders back. good luck guys

What I'll do is in the morning (7ish) I'll compose an email with all the order numbers PM'd to me asking my contact to ensure those specific orders are given 'priority'
