hello all, my order was cancilled aswell, i got through to them late friday and just again today, it took me half an hour to get through on web chat, i had to keep refreshing but got there in the end, they took my phone number and rang me about 3 mins later (quite impressed with that part) my order is now all sorted out and should be comming through on friday as before im so glad lol, just incase you where wondering mine was also cancilled due to the card changing, mine diddnt expire like most mine was stolen so they sent me a new one but same thing lol. hope this helps someone

Mine was kinda the same, got through on webchat after an hour of refreshing. was told someone would contact. 6hours later nothing so back on the webchat, managed to get the rep to call me through sheer persistence and finally got her order re-created.

I managed to get mine sorted too. Its taken bloody ages though to be honest but the main thing is that the order is fixed. I can't wait to get stuck into it on Friday. I just hope that they don't cancel the WiiU pre-order and I have to go through all this again.

question for someone more knowlegible? the loot and vault edition both seem to have bobblehead boxed in vending packaging? but i thought it was only the loot edition was going to have this?

No, both have it, think it's the steelbook that only the Loot Chest Edition has xx

ah cool, i was looking at the original product shots of when the editions where announced and only loot chest had the vnding box, so nce bonus.

I could be wrong, but I think both do have it. I know both have the bobblehead, so I expect that both are packaged similarly xx

Im still unsure if GAME in Portugal is going to receive this, they're quite bad nowadays.
If they receive some extras i will put them aside.
