looks like the US edition is the true CE (hence PS3 = G2) but then 53K to one region is hardly limited...how the hell did this sell out so fast?

What I do find odd is that it looks like there's plenty of space for a bit saying 'out of x' but they've just not printed it. (If you look at the spacing between the little leaves at the number.)

So my assumption is if you've got x of 53,160 you've got one of the true limited editions. Anything past that is just money makers edition?

*EDIT* Just seen Vlad's post...well fuck knows why some have 'x of' and some dont???

So far I haven't seen a PAL edition with "x of", while all US editions has it. Now you have to ask, is the 53k only for US or is it the entire world and those who got a copy over53k, got a "money edition" or if EU just have more copies, it's hard to say as they don't have any indication...

Update on what we 'know':

US Edition
53K made in total
PS3 game disk in a G2 steelbook
Certificate is numbered out of 53,160
Some bobbleheads are missing

PAL Edition -
??K made in total (potentially endless as they drip-feed more into the market)
PS3 disk in standard case steelbook is empty but G1
Certificate only has the number your edition is and no total

Think that's about the sum of it.

Def. looks like US got the true CE and PAL get the endless run where a "cheaper" steelbook is used.
