Apparently, weather issues have caused shipment delays. Amazon.com now has shipping estimates for Hyperdimension Neptunia at 3-5 weeks.

I was just at my local Gamestop to pickup MVC3 expecting to pick this up as well, it wont be in until tomorrow apparently.

Yep, good news; it was looking like a long delay initially, but NISA recently sent out this e-mail:

one peculiar thing I wanted to note, the game case inside the box, is the standard edition but it came UNSEALED despite the fact that the large outer box was sealed, I thought this was worth noting as it's fairly uncommon.
