It is only for stores doing midnight openings, which isn't many.

I read on a video game site that all collectors ed guides come with that art print
And they didn't mention best buy at all
So maybe best buy is the only store in America where it was available and that's why it exclusive
As they are numbered and one was on eBay was numbered 24xxx and that's a lot of numbers just for best buy 25 000 I think not that's like 2500 per best buy store

Well there are plenty of copies at my local stores, at least 20 copies received. There are over 1,000 best buy stores, so a total of 25,000 prints is certainly plausible.

There are actually about 1100 Best Buy stores in the US.

You're probably thinking about how many BB stores did the Midnight opening and got those coins we all know you want.

I think that numbers closer to 180-200 stores?

So assuming 1100 stores, you're talking 25ish CE guides per store and that's not that much.
