Their priorities are all wrong. They're more interested in getting it out quick rather than paying attention to getting it to you in good condition. At the end of the day, it must cost them more in damaged goods than it would have if they'd used better packaging in the first place! Idiotic mentality if you ask me. It's just common sense that certain expensive CE's require more adequate packaging as they're delicate and can damage easily.
