When I built the Wheres My Stuff page, I had to exclude MSI packages because the tracking link included final delivery address, and that felt like too much information to give out for just an order number you could guess at. If your package hasn't shipped yet, customer service has no additional information for you. If your package has shipped, they _might_ have some additional information, but they won't be able to get back to you right away on account of still being slammed with cases (and a gang of new requests for tracking info is only going to slow them down more). Also, it's a weekend, so they won't get back to anyone until Monday. I guess what I'm saying is, you can open a ticket and have someone look up your order, but please understand that they're not going to get back to you immediately and while I understand where your excitement is coming from, repeated requests is only going to make their lives harder....
