Can anybody give me any information about this?

On the inside flaps of the dust jacket-y thing, there are four images with a little bit of info on each, were each of these images supposed to come as lithographs with it, or what?

Also, did a back-sheet come with this guide? As if it did, I've lost mine haha xx
