I think before you start a thead about something that has a history of rumour as well as speculation you should have all the facts in your hand at that point in time not afterwards & definately not change your story half way through. You have already changed what you have said once because your facts werent straight,what else will change.

He just means they weren't "licensed"... I think. Which is undeniable since that was the big "issue" with these.
