There are more then 5 branches of UBisoft that each license different promo items and distribute in different amounts
For example
Canada
UK
France
Czech
Russian
Singapore
Australia
Netherlands
Belgium

All have different UBisoft departments and each make at least 5 promo items (usually more) per game
So that is 9 departments (there are more)
