I Tweeted them and got no response a week or two ago.

I sent them an Email this week and got no response.

So I sent them a Tweet last night and they replied, saying I should ring their number (which is a French number!) but when I Tweeted them back asking what was up with the DmC books they didn't reply.

I've sent them another Email and put in all the addresses I could find. Quite frustrating considering I've already paid them and their website hasn't updated at all.
