PS3 Help me make a list of physical games released digitally elsewhere.

So.

Sometimes in North America (namely Canada) we don't get games on physical discs (my preference) that the rest of the world have.

I'd like some help finding out what those are.

I'd like to keep this thread up and running with information regarding such for PS3. If someone wants to do a thread for their platform of choice, I think this could be a great resource for us.
