Oh wow, this is a beautiful press kit.
Capcom has been known to sell their press kits in their webstore. Hopefully they'll sell some of these on their store. I understand they're numbered, but it's still possible to see them for sale on the capcom store. After all, we don't know that they've distributed them all already.
