I used to live in Miri and use to travel to Singapore quite often for visa renewals, got to admit it's a fine city and the train system is next to brilliant.

I do remember hearing flips flops behind me of a girl running up to me telling me I'll be your girlfriend mister, I laughed so hard on that one.

Overall beautiful place to live and work imo.
