This was sent to you on 30/08/2013 and delivery is usually made within 3-5 working days. However, we do ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery before reporting the order as missing.

They are talking about the normal copy of the game I received and obviously hadn't bothered to read any of the queries that have gone before.
