From what information that's been released for the PAL version, the Explorer Edition is basically the 'Special Edition' but with added physical stuff and all the DLCs.
The US CE will contain a 'Steelbook case' which has not been mentioned for any of the PAL versions.
So until the PAL EE has been finalised, it may seem the US has something different to the PAL version.
Can someone help me out on obtaining the US CE from amazon.com?? [as they won't ship it outside of the US territories]. :O
