I would hold on to it till the release of Gears of War 3 and I would recommend to sell (if you want to sell it) to the European Market if it is the US version. On eBay it can hit easy the 25 -30£ but it is a guide that will increase in value.
Question : Why do you guys think that a game price will increase once a sequel is released ? Doesn't make sense to me, I mean the game becomes "old" and everyone jumps on the new game (especially in multiplayer).

If you're a fan of the game you surely have the game already. If you are just a gamer you probably won't be interested to buy that game, it's "old" for you. And if you're a collector you probably "collected" the game. And if you didn't (because you think it was too expensive) you surely won't buy it if the price is even higher.

So ?
