that really sucks... I was actually quite impressed with the NTSC "Collectors Edition" (of which I just uploaded photos for a few minutes ago)...

IMO the content included is a very VERY distant second to the quality of the packaging... I'd rather have an awesome package design and no extra content then a bunch of really cool bonus items in a crap box.
