Why Collect Sealed Games?

as was said earlier in this thread sometime's I do intend on keeping it sealed just to assure it stays in mint condition. However many of the times the game winds up in my backlog and by the time I get around to playing it the value of the sealed CE has gone up substantially so I can't justify opening it. I'll wind up buying a cheap copy just to play the game and usually keep the game sealed in my collection. Sometimes I do sell but very rarely.
